In part two, we will briefly look at sexual trauma through the lens of neurophysiology, and how it affects the nervous system long-term - including predisposing survivors towards addiction and other psychological disorders. In part three, we will introduce and practice interventions shown to be useful for three main areas of sexual trauma: emotional dysregulation, boundaries, and shame.
